Thank you for visiting and shopping at our e-store. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our shipping policy.

  • Shipment processing time

Nearly all orders will be processed within 2 business days, except where a pre-delivery/lead time is specified. If there is any further delay, we would intimate you about the same via email.

The ideal delivery time for a shipment within India is 7 days and for US, UK, or Australia is 8-11 working days.

Ideally we would try to put all item(s) of an order in a single box. In some cases a single order may be shipped in multiple boxes. In that case we would let you know about the same.

If we are handling a high number of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Kindly allow an additional few days for delivery due to transportation. In the event that there is a significant delay in the shipment of your item, you will be notified by phone or email.

  • Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO / FPO addresses

We ship to addresses worldwide.

  • Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

Once your order has arrived, you will receive an email with a shipment confirmation and your tracking number(s). Within a day, the tracking number will be operational. 

Before making a claim, please save any packaging materials and damaged goods to safeguard both our and your interests. Prior to opening the order, a video could be recorded as documentation.

  • Delivery Partner

To ensure timely, reliable and safe delivery, we use reliable courier services like Bluedart or similar reputed companies.
